Sorry for no posts!!!

Sorry again for no posts!! As you can already guess, I haven't been very consistent with the gym the last 2 weeks. I am back at it again though, and I haven't either gained or lost any more and am still down a total of 58 pounds. I've been going straight for the last couple of days and it feels sooooooooooooooooooooooooo wonderful to get back in the gym. Life just gets so busy sometimes... But anyway, I've kept up well my eating and everything which is why I haven't gained, but I'm going to start being consistent again with the gym which will push me further towards my goal of -100 pounds... only 42 more pounds to go!

Progression

Well I have actually been hitting the gym regularly now! Finally, back into the swing of things. Anyway, I just wanted to post this progression picture that shows you where I came from and where I am. I don't have a current picture yet, but the last picture on the right was taken at Christmas time while the other ones were from before I started working out.

I've gone to the gym!!!

Well, I've gone to the gym all week! It feels great going back to the gym! Although running has been a bit more difficult since I'm starting to get back into it again. This week I am only running 1 mile at a slower pace just so I don't injury myself since it's been a little while since I ran last. I keep looking down at how far I go every few seconds hoping that I've made it to the mile already lol... but nonetheless, it's been good to get back :)
