So Bad...

Well, it has been over a year now since I have been consistent with going to the gym and I have gained back quite a bit of the weight that I had lost :(  A lot of it had to do with the fact that I switched jobs and could not get into the habit of fitting the gym into my busy/stressful work life.

But I have once again changed jobs, and so I am about to start getting into the gym again.  Becoming consistent is the toughest part of going to the gym.  It seems that 90% of weightloss, is just dragging my lazy butt out of bed to the gym.  It is really tough, and that is why my blog is labelled "journey!" 

I am going to start with arms tomorrow because that is my favorite muscle to work, and I hope to keep it up and I will start posting again to keep myself honest and keep myself going...

I know how you feel. I hate gyms. I see one and run screaming into the distance.

I'm trying to lose weight and get fit. Sick of getting out of breath walking up the stairs!

I know that feeling!! Its hard when you have had a routine to stay on it when things start to change in your life a bit. I personally am in your shoes and I hope you keep loosing. I am 5'2 and 170. I am moving from NYC to Ft. Lauderdale with the hopes that I can get back my life again. :)
