Slacking

Consistency is the key in my weight lose adventure, and that is what has been lacking with me right now. I've just got to get motivated and get my lazy butt into the gym. Sometimes it's just so nice to sleep in a few more minutes, but I know I know it's SO worth going to the gym. I just have to try to convince myself each morning lol...

My biggest hindrance in getting to the gym = me...

Yeah...I'm trying to motivate myself to put my gym clothes on now. And by motivating I mean surfing the Internet.
